Today RBS Intermediary Partners revealed a range of mortgages with reduced rates.
Their First Active 2 year fixed rate online only deal, with a maximum loan-to-value of 60%, will be reduced to 4.99%, down from 5.75%. The deal comes with £999 arrangement fees.

In a bid to attract mortgage and remortgage customers, The Coventry has repriced a selection of its fixed rate Godiva mortgages.

Following the release of 3.99% mortgage deals for new borrowers last week, Woolwich has now launched remortgage option for its mortgage club.
The Woolwich generic fixed and tracker hybrid deals will be fixed at 3.99% or 4.99%, but then track at 1.99% above the Barclays Bank Base Rate, which currently stands at 3%.

Easier2Move has announced that it is now offering a range of new products for remortgages, house sales and purchases.
The company now offers consumers a remortgage deal of £345 + VAT for conveyancing.
